Storm Damage Evidence Pack
A dated, photographed record of storm damage to a roof, flown fast while the damage is fresh and referenced so an insurer or loss adjuster can act on it without a second visit.
Evidence packDevon and the South West
A drone flight over the roof while the damage is fresh, photographed, dated and referenced into a pack your insurer can open and act on, not a folder of holiday snaps from a phone.

The actual problem
A storm goes through, something on the roof lets go, and the next conversation is with an insurer who was not there and cannot see what you can see from the garden. What they want is not a description, it is dated evidence: photographs that show the damage, where it is, and when it was recorded.
Getting up there yourself is the wrong move in the days after a storm, on a roof that may already be compromised, and a ladder does not reach a ridge line or the far side of a hip anyway. Waiting for a loss adjuster's own visit can take weeks, during which the damage the storm left is not getting any better.
A flown survey closes that gap. It gets the whole roof photographed at a resolution an insurer can act on, while the damage is still exactly as the storm left it, and puts the result into a pack built to be read once and acted on.
What you get

A dated, photographed record of storm damage to a roof, flown fast while the damage is fresh and referenced so an insurer or loss adjuster can act on it without a second visit.
Evidence packCredentials
Operator ID and Flyer ID held, plus the A2 Certificate of Competency. Registration and insurance details go over with the pack as a matter of course, because most adjusters and agents need both on file before they can act on it.
A DJI Mavic 4 Pro with a Hasselblad camera and 6K video. The resolution is what lets a single slate or a torn edge of felt be cropped into and still hold together, which matters when a photograph is the evidence.
A DJI Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced carrying a 640 by 512 thermal camera, used where water may already be tracking into the structure through storm damage and needs tracing rather than guessing at.
Full commercial cover for the operation. A certificate is supplied with the pack without anyone having to chase for it, which is usually one of the first things a loss adjuster or managing agent asks for.
